How To Apply For A Before & After School Program

To enroll a student in a before or after school program, parents or guardians must complete and submit a Before and After School Program Application.

In-Person Application

1. Request a Before and After School Program Application from your child’s school of enrollment.
2. Complete the application with all required information and return it to the Before and/or After School program coordinator at your child’s school of enrollment.

Online Application

1. Click on the list of available programs by school.
2. Find your child’s school of enrollment.
3. Click on the appropriate program application.
4. Download, print, and submit the application to the Before and/or After School program coordinator at your child’s school of enrollment. 
5. For schools offering the LA’s BEST program, an online application or paper application option is available.
